The RANGE ground hamburger is one of the finest burger mixtures around. We combine trim from some of our finest cuts of beef to create a grind of high quality, additive-free, ground Wagyu beef that is 100% pure & natural.

NOTE: Our brisket burger has a different fat content and has a very different color. Do not associate the different color with quality, it's still amazing! 

Preparation

The RANGE™ Ground Beef Brisket Blend combines our standard gourmet hamburger with our high-quality brisket resulting in an exception beef/brisket mixture that is just another step up in quality and flavor.

Use it anywhere you'd use basic hamburger, but the flavorful Wagyu fat tends to give it another level of flavor and richness your less likely to find in typical burger grinds. Be it a smash burger, meat loaf, lasagna, or anything else, RANGE Wagyu hamburger raises the bar, a lot!

Unlike steaks, the USDA recommends all ground meat to be cooked to a minimum internal temp of 160º for safety, just keep an eye on it.
