Our Flat Iron steak is a very tender, well-marbled, and flavorful cut. It is enhanced in taste and texture by the Wagyu fat. This cut comes from the shoulder and has a great "beefy" flavor. It's almost as tender as a tenderloin but much more affordable, making it a great option.
