SHIPPING POLICY

RANGE™ provides numerous shipping, pick-up, and delivery options.

To ensure the freshness and quality of our products, all of our meat products are typically shipped frozen Monday-Wednesday each week (except holidays). We want to avoid having an order sit in a carrier warehouse over a weekend as we cannot control those conditions.

We typically ship UPS 2 Day and Overnight services within the US. We also try to ship overnight ground within the state when possible.

Addresses
A street address is required. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Please double-check addresses. RANGE is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

We recommend sending your order to a residential address. Commercial addresses may incur added delays in delivery.

If you live in a gated community, please provide your gate code on the address line provided to ensure an on-time delivery.

Gifts
Be sure to double-check the addresses for your gift recipients.
The billing customer is responsible to confirm gift recipients are available to accept deliveries.

Weather Delays
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
