WHAT IS IT?

Locker Beef is the term used when buying a whole cow, or portion thereof, and having it processed locally specifically for the buyer. It’s a common occurrence in the ranching world as ranchers will process a few head for local friends and family.

Here in Montana, we have been selling Locker Beef for decades, and now, we’re offering it to other Montanans. as well (unfortunately, we are not permitted to sell this beef outside of the state).

Locker Beef is sold as a quarter, half, or whole animal, and it can be customized to your specific needs (e.g., steak thicknesses, ground beef leanness, bone-in or boneless, and so forth).

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT?

These are Montana Wagyu cross cattle that have been “Born, Bred, & Fed” on our ranches here in Montana.
This beef is raised on the ranges and then finished on our unique, high-quality grains (very little corn is used) for more than double the typical finishing times resulting in some of the finest American Wagyu, period.
